To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, we’d like to offer you some helpful reminders.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM Check-out: 12:00 NN
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur extra charges. Please contact the Front Office for arrangements.

VISITORS

  • All visitors must register at the Front Office.
  • Overnight stays (after 9:00 PM) must be reported to the Front Office.
  • Extra person charges apply beyond the villa’s maximum capacity.

VILLA POLICIES

  • No Smoking inside villas, function halls, bathrooms, or other enclosed areas. Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas. Fine: Php 4,000 for violations.
  • Outside food and drinks are not allowed, except chips, biscuits, water, and special diets. For meals, please refer to our in-house restaurant menus. Corkage Fee: Php 1,000 per kind.
  • Deadly weapons or sharp objects are strictly prohibited.
  • Please secure valuables at all times. Management is not liable for lost items.
  • Pet-friendly policy: Maximum of 2 small-to-medium breed pets per villa with 1,500 per pet for cleaning fee. Pets must be registered at the Front Office.
  • Moving of furniture, tampering with electrical systems, or altering installations is prohibited without management approval.
  • Loss, damage, or staining of villa assets will be charged to the guest.
  • No vandalism or littering inside villas or anywhere on the premises. Damages caused by guests will be charged accordingly.

SENIOR CITIZEN / PWD DISCOUNTS

Senior Citizen / Person with Disability ID holders must be present upon check-in. If the ID holder is not present during check-in, the guest will be required to settle the applicable regular rate with the discount not applied.

SWIMMING POOL POLICY

  • Pool Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
  • No food or drinks inside the pool area.
  • Alcoholic beverages are prohibited in the pool area. Intoxicated guests will not be allowed to swim.
  • Proper swimwear is required:
  • Males: Swimming trunks, board shorts, or non-cotton shorts without zippers.
  • Females: Swimsuit, rash guard, non-cotton shorts without zippers, or non-cotton t-shirt.
  • Guests with open wounds or visible illness are not allowed to use the pool.
  • Pets are not allowed in the pool area.

REMINDER
Guests are required to follow all house rules. Any violation gives management the right to terminate the accommodation without refund. These house rules are also subject to change as needed by the management, we will keep you informed.
